Privacy Policy for Horse Zoom

Yali ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Horse Zoom mobile application (the "App") on iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled on each platform.

  1. iOS App

The iOS version does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. It does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, accounts, or third-party login services.

Game progress (completed levels, scores, and stars) and preferences (music, language, and tutorial state) are stored only on your device. This information is not sent to us or to a third party.

  1. Android App and Advertising

The Android app asks for an age group, not your date of birth or identity documents. The options are under 13, 13-17, 18 or older, and Prefer not to answer. If you select under 13, Prefer not to answer, or have not made a choice, the app does not make new ad requests or show ads, and hints are available without watching ads. You can change your choice through About > Age group and privacy, including choosing Prefer not to answer. Your choice is stored on your device; it is not sent to a Horse Zoom server.

If you previously used an ad-enabled group, changing to under 13 or unanswered stops new ad requests, but does not erase earlier advertising data or guarantee that processing already under way stops immediately. When the app starts with an under-13 or unanswered choice, it does not start Google's advertising or consent services.

For ages 13-17, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) is configured for restricted ads: child-protection treatment, a maximum ad-content rating of G, no personalized ads or remarketing, no transmission of the Android advertising ID, and no requests to third-party advertising vendors. This is a conservative privacy setting for the entire 13-17 group, not a claim that every teen is legally a child. Google's privacy tools are told this group is under the age of consent; adult consent forms are not requested for this group. Restricted ads can still involve Google's processing described below; they do not mean no data is used.

For users who select age 18 or older, AdMob uses the normal adult privacy and consent flow. Android ads can be interstitial or rewarded advertisements. When advertising services are used, Google's SDK collects and shares information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. This includes IP address (which may be used to estimate approximate location), app and ad interactions (such as launches, taps, and video views), diagnostic and performance information, and device or account identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID, app set ID, and, where applicable, identifiers related to signed-in accounts on the device). Processing can vary with your age group, region, privacy choices, device settings, and ad type.

Adult mode uses Google's User Messaging Platform to present privacy choices where required and available. Where offered, you can accept or decline consent and revisit or withdraw your consent through About > Ad privacy choices. This button is displayed when Google's privacy tools require that entry point. Your choices affect which ads can be served and how related data is processed; declining personalized advertising does not necessarily prevent all advertising-related processing. You can also reset or delete your Android advertising ID through your device's advertising privacy settings.

The Android version stores game progress, preferences, the age-group choice, and an ad-frequency counter locally on your device. Google's privacy tools also store privacy-choice settings when used. We do not operate a Horse Zoom account system or backend server.

  1. Data Retention and Deletion

Reset progress in the App deletes saved level progress, scores, and stars. It does not reset your other preferences, Android age-group choice, or advertising privacy choices. Clearing the App's storage or uninstalling removes its local app data.

On Android, operating-system backup or device-transfer features may retain and restore app data, depending on your device and backup settings. Uninstalling the App does not necessarily delete these backups. You can manage them through your device or backup provider's settings. We do not receive, access, or restore your game progress or these backups ourselves.

The age-group choice is excluded from the app's configured Android cloud backup and device-transfer rules, so it must be chosen again after a fresh installation or restore. Other preferences and progress may be restored.

Advertising-related information processed by Google is retained and deleted under Google's own policies and controls, not by resetting or uninstalling Horse Zoom. Retention varies by the information and its purpose; we do not set a single retention period or promise immediate deletion of Google's data. See Google's retention policy and privacy controls:

  1. Children's Privacy

The Android version of Horse Zoom is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not ask children for names, contact details, or identity documents. Android ads remain disabled for users who select under 13 or Prefer not to answer, and until a choice is made; they can play and use hints without ads. The 13-17 group receives the restricted advertising treatment described in Section 2. The age-group choice is self-declared, not an identity verification. Please contact us if you have a privacy concern involving a child. The iOS version remains ad-free for everyone.

  1. External Services

When you choose to open the privacy policy, contact support, or use a store rating feature, your device may open a browser, email app, or platform store. Those services handle information under their own privacy policies.

  1. Security

The iOS version keeps all game data on-device. The Android version also keeps game data on-device, while advertising-related information may be processed by Google as described in this policy. Android system backups are described in Section 3. Google Mobile Ads encrypts the user data it sends in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS).

  1. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
