Describe what happened, your device model, iOS/Android version and, if known, the SizeQuest version. Screenshots are optional; remove personal information before sending them. We never need your password or payment details.

How do I play?

Resize the target object until its size looks right next to the reference, then check your answer. The introduction and Settings → Learn by trying explain the controls. Choose Resize only for resizing rounds, or All modes for resizing, comparison and ordering. Daily and memory games are also available from Other games.

Can I play offline?

Yes. The levels, objects and music are included in the app. Only opening web pages, contacting support or sharing through another service may need an internet connection.

Music or progress problems?

Open Settings to check Background music and Music volume, and check your device's volume/audio output. On iPhone, Silent mode also silences the music. If playback does not resume after an interruption, reopen the app. Please report a repeatable issue with the device and OS version.

Progress is saved on your device. Yali does not have a server copy and cannot recover deleted progress. Avoid clearing app storage or deleting the app when troubleshooting. Choose your language in Settings; replay the introduction there at any time.

Privacy policy

This policy covers SizeQuest for iOS and Android, provided by Yali.

Data inside the app

SizeQuest works offline. The app does not send gameplay or personal data to Yali and includes no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking or third-party login SDKs. It does not request access to your location, contacts, camera or microphone. We do not sell app users' data.

The app stores progress, scores, stars, saved rounds, daily history, collection favorites and results, language, tutorial state, music, sound, haptic and motion preferences locally. The device date is used for the daily challenge. These values are used to run the game and restore your session; they are not uploaded to us.

Storage, backups and deletion

Local data stays in the app's storage until that storage is cleared or the app is deleted. On Android, you can clear the app's storage in system settings. On iOS, choose Delete App rather than Offload App to remove its installed data. The app has no online account to delete.

Device backups or transfers may retain or restore data according to your operating system and settings. SizeQuest disables Android's automatic app backup, but device manufacturers may handle device-to-device transfer differently. iOS may include local app data in system backups. Manage any backup copies through your device or backup provider; uninstalling does not necessarily delete them. Yali cannot access these backups.

Sharing and external services

Only when you choose Share does SizeQuest pass the displayed score summary to the system share sheet. You decide the destination and whether to send it. Opening a measurement source, this policy or support page opens your browser. Your chosen browser, website, email provider or sharing service handles information under its own policies. Visiting a website may expose technical connection information, such as your IP address, to that site's hosting services; this is separate from offline gameplay.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever message or attachments you choose to provide. We use them to answer your request, troubleshoot issues and handle privacy requests, through our email provider. Please send only what is needed. We retain correspondence only while needed to handle the request and related follow-up or meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete support correspondence using the contact above. We do not add you to a marketing list.

Children, security and updates

The game does not ask players, including children, for personal details. A parent or guardian can contact us about a privacy concern. Please do not include unnecessary information about a child in support messages.

Local game data is protected by the operating system's app storage controls. No system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change; the date above identifies the current version.
